Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for quality visual design and beautiful digital experiences, who also likes to participate with the creation of concepts in collaboration with creative teams.

  • Must possess superior graphic and web design skills, managing and delivering high-quality design deliverables throughout all phases of a project
  • Work on complex tasks with high priority, both design and creative production
  • Able to deliver creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-off meetings
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, mockups to visualize ideas
  • Participate in projects related to design and resize of websites, emails and banners
  • Work on creative production tasks, like image retouching, illustration, infographics, business presentations, GIF animations, image cuts, copy & design updates, technical production
  • Work closely with creative, marketing and development specialists, always striving to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
  • Responsible for creating brand-on, strategy-on compelling creative deliverables
  • Directs all phases of creative work from concept through production, executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Lead projects and search for new project ideas
  • Responsible for inspiring and motivating creative teams and accountable for developing and directing creative work of the highest caliber with their teams
  • Responsible for mentoring and leading assigned creative staff and being available to critique their work to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work
  • Improve and maintain the delivery quality and the actual procedures of the team
  • Helps Creative Director manage the creative staff, as well as helping to review staff
  • Team player: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Self-management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
  • Great experience in the Digital industry for at least 7 years.
  • 2-3 years as Creative Lead
  • Advanced English Level minimum B2
  • Proficiency and proven experience working on Visual/Web Design and Creative Production
  • Versatile to work in different styles and different media
  • Experience working in different design fields, including creating concepts using storytelling to develop them
  • Must have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes a wide variety of digital design work
  • Neat design: typography, color, composition
  •  Basic prototyping skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Illustration and UX skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of motion graphics is a big plus
  • Knowledge of coding is a plus (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
  • Tools: Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Office suite, InVision, Keynote.
