Job description

Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 7 Months

SQL, Tableau, VBA and Python
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
SQL
Tableau
 
  • SQL, this is going to be one of the main tools they use in their day to day
    • Basically writing SQL all day
  • Highly desirable skills:
    • Excel VBA for Macros and different things in support with those
    • Do a lot of their own coding as well
    • Robotics- RPA/Blue Prism experience would be great
    • Oracle or PeopleSoft experience would be a huge plus, dipped in that space
  • Super wish list:
    • Python or PowerApps would be very useful as well, unicorn
  • Years of experience aren't a big deal at this point, just trying to get a just for the candidate dependent on their background
  • Soft skills
    • Need to be great at collaboration
      • Must be able to work with a lot of people between AP/AR- separate RPA team- some of the tech teams that support the RPA team
    • Communicate with all levels of the business
      • Requirements gathering
        • Collecting from clerks and reporting into the Direct
  • Gathering data and being able to analyze it for upper management
    • Trends/making suggestions
