Cerner Millennium MPages at PCG Consulting Group International

PCG is looking for a Cerner Millennium MPages Developer, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MPages within the Cerner Millennium electronic health record (EHR) system. MPages are customizable web-based interfaces that provide clinicians and healthcare professionals with access to critical patient data, workflows, and clinical decision support tools. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, analysts, and IT professionals, to understand user requirements and translate them into efficient and user-friendly MPages solutions. Your expertise in Cerner Millennium and MPages development will contribute to improving patient care and clinical workflows within healthcare organizations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and customize MPages within the Cerner Millennium EHR system, adhering to industry standards and best practices. 
• Collaborate with end users, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and design user-friendly MPages that support clinical workflows. 
• Build and maintain MPages using Cerner Millennium development tools, such as CCL (Cerner Command Language), HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. 
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of MPages by conducting testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues. 
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance MPages development and usability. 
• Work closely with other developers, analysts, and project managers to integrate MPages with other systems, applications, and databases. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users, addressing questions, issues, and enhancement requests related to MPages functionality. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new features, and advancements in Cerner Millennium MPages development, and incorporate relevant knowledge into the design and implementation process. 
• Document development processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and collaboration among team members. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. 
• Previous experience in Cerner Millennium MPages development or similar clinical informatics solutions is highly preferred. 
• Proficient in CCL (Cerner Command Language), HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other web development technologies. 
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare terminology. 
• Familiarity with Cerner Millennium architecture, data structures, and integration methods. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate user requirements into effective MPages solutions. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end users. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly MPages interfaces. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 
• Certifications in Cerner Millennium and MPages development are a plus.
