Job description

Cloud Security Engineer
Location: Remote PST Hours
Duration: 8 Months Possible CTH
Authorized to Work Only
 
Must have:
  • Python, Java, or NodeJS (preferred Python)
  • Someone who has been in a role where cloud security has been their main function
  • someone who's been in the trenches implementing cloud security for AWS platform
  • Tools like Guard duty, AWS inspect, python, cloud lodge
  • Must be able speak to solutions they've built and how, why, what they did
  • Looking for someone who wants to be a part of a team long term
 
Nice to have:
  • Experience writing Terraform
  • CISP Security Cert
  • AWS certifications
Responsibilities:
  • Line 1 Cloud Security Engineer
  • Responsible for securing AWS infrastructure and some Azure
  • Responsible for building out architecture frameworks for cloud security, building out automations and security controls and remediation efforts
