Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Cyber Security Trainee to join our academy programme. This position provides the opportunity to receive full training provided by CompTIA, a leading provider of IT certifications, and gain hands-on experience in the field of cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in cybersecurity, be willing to learn, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and procedures Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or unusual activity
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Investigate security incidents and recommend remediation actions
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
Participate in cybersecurity training provided by CompTIA
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

No previous experience or qualifications required Strong interest in cybersecurity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
