Job Title: Mental Health Psychologist 

Location: REMOTE(25% Travel when needed) 

Salary: Depends on Experience 

Job Summary:  

PCG  Consulting is seeking a licensed mental health psychologist to provide  counseling, assessment, and treatment services to individuals and groups  with various mental health conditions. The Mental Health Psychologist  will work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to  provide comprehensive care to patients. The ideal candidate should have  excellent communication skills, a strong background in psychology, and a  compassionate attitude towards patients. 

Responsibilities: 

·  Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to assess and treat  mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar  disorder. 

· Create and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of patients. 

· Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose and evaluate mental health conditions. 

· Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients, including regular progress reports, to ensure optimal care and outcomes. 

· Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in emergency situations. 

·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress  notes and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical and legal  guidelines. 

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. 

· Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of new research and treatment methods. 

Requirements: 

· Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field 

· Licensed to practice as a psychologist in the state of employment. 

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting 

· Strong knowledge of various mental health conditions, diagnostic criteria, and evidence-based treatment methods 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

· Ability to work collaboratively with other mental health professionals. 

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

· Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
