Your missions

Description

Join a leading staffing agency providing top-notch professionals across the country as a Remote Mental Health Therapist. This exciting opportunity offers a high-earning potential of up to $90,000 per year through a pay-per-session model, rewarding you for your excellence in service delivery alongside a competitive salary. You will primarily provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services through tele-health, including conducting intakes, therapy sessions, and assessments while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Render evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
Provide mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery via tele-health video or telephone.
Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
Deliver mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
Complete and maintain documentation in a timely and accurate manner according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Schedule

Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
Self-schedule between 7 AM - 9 PM EST, 7 days a week.
Must work until 8 PM two days a week or complete four 4-hour shifts on weekends.
No on-call duties.

Ideal Candidate

Bilingual, outpatient experience, and evidence-based practice experience preferred.
Experience in individual, family, and group therapy with families, adolescents, and adults.
Assistance with scheduling provided - clients are assigned.

Requirements

Master's Degree.
1 year relevant experience with a secure remote setting in-home.
Active licensure in the state of New York (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
