Primary Responsibilities
Application Development for Oceanview clients for React/React Native on Android. Responsible within the Oceanview Mobile development team to develop Android specific modules and support cross platform technologies (React/React Native, Unity, JavaScript) for Android.
Additional Responsibilities
Integration Liaison, Build Management and Release Management Engineer for Medallion Class Mobile, OceanNow Crew, Gangway and GuestView applications. Responsibilities include support for multi-technology / multi-team software development life cycle for mobile application releases, corporate standard source code and build systems, and android and IOS release processes.
Skills Summary

Application design experience for consumer facing mobile applications for Android. Experience needs to include development of client/server data driven applications, multi-media client capabilities (device media players, video streaming). Experience with protected video streaming capabilities (Widevine DRM, Pro Idiom) a plus.
Multi-component development experience including integration of externally developed libraries, open-source components, and cross technology interfacing.
Development Experience of Consumer Applications in React/React Native for Android. Experience integrating React/React Native component with native Android functionality. Experience maintaining React/Android build environments and debugging React/Android applications.
Knowledge of Unity mobile development a plus. Knowledge of consumer OTT development (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Google Chromecast, AppleTV) a plus.
Web services based mobile application development supporting integration to multiple web services including Content Management Systems (CMS), Authentication Systems, User Profile and Metadata services.
Experience developing application UI/UX for consumer facing mobile applications.
Actively use and support team SDLC processes including unit test development, continuous integration (CI) automation, source code control, workflow, and code review requirements.
Willingness to learn new technologies, succeed in a rapidly changing environment and deliver world class quality applications as a part of an industry leading development team.
