We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with an Operations Site Supervisor. This role is responsible for leading the ReNu Technologies operations and Foam Application Specialists (FAS) teams in the field by safely and professionally serving our clients, ensuring we exceed their expectations. This position requires 100% travel to refinery sites to perform work on project campaigns in the field and planning events.


This is a project-based, variable hour position. Training begins in February with project work expected between March and September. Little to no work expected from October - January.


Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage fin fan cleaning trailer and team

· Manage and train Foam Application Specialists (FAS) and FAS Leads on-site

· Communicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout campaigns

· Collect required data and relay to reporting team daily

· Provide site notes to ReNu manager and refinery POCs daily

· Observe team on site to control quality of service, safety and company standards/policies are being followed at all times

· Provide real time training to all team members throughout campaigns

· Assist FAS Leads and FAS through challenges while on campaigns

· Perform campaign onboarding meetings with Lead FAS and FAS employees

· Perform site walks to assess equipment health and performance with both current and prospective customers

· Provide direct feedback to Lead FAS and FAS, conducting reviews scheduled by ReNu management

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· At least 2 years of related field experience in industrial setting or military experience

· Team lead and/or leadership experience

· TWIC Card (or ability to obtain one) required

· Requires ability to pass Basic Plus Safety Training

· Valid Driver’s License required

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

· 1+ years of refinery experience preferred

· Valid Passport and ability to travel to Canada a plus

· Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a plus


Working Conditions / Physical Demands

Work will be executed in the field for campaigns and site-walks. On Occasion, there may be requirements for office and work from home assignments. Standard campaign shifts are 12–14-hour workdays, 7 days a week until the campaign is complete, and all demobilization and logistics are complete.


On campaigns you will be required to carry equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, and work in inclement weather.

PPE is required at all times while on the job site. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses.


ReNu Technologies office/administrative work can be done at a home office where ReNu will provide the needed office items to perform such work.


Travel Requirements

This position requires 100% travel to refinery sites to perform work on project campaigns in the field and planning events.

*In keeping with state laws requiring salary reporting; the compensation for this role is $26 per hour and eligible for project bonus based on length of project and overtime. The applicable base pay range will be contingent on the primary work location, the complexity and responsibility of the role, and the candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
