Quick notes:
IT side of the house – Strong BSA background, PO background.
Responsible for working with stakeholders, system integrator,
Customizations in place that need redevelopment, good technical knowledge of back-end, understanding current customizations, how to have development team do the development.

Current state architect will put together the design.
