We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. As a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet the needs of healthcare organizations. Your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and proficiency in Salesforce development will be crucial in delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand and refine technical requirements for healthcare-specific functionality.
Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud objects, fields, workflows, and automation to support healthcare processes and data models.
Develop and integrate custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies to extend the functionality of Health Cloud.
Implement data migration and integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between Health Cloud and other systems (e.g., EHR/EMR systems, billing systems).
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to provide ongoing support and maintenance of Health Cloud applications.
Stay up to date with Salesforce Health Cloud updates, releases, and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on existing solutions.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines while developing and deploying Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with a focus on Health Cloud implementation and customization.
Salesforce Health Cloud certification is highly desired.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative configuration.
Experience in designing and implementing healthcare-specific solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems through APIs, web services, and ETL processes.
Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data migration/integration techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
