Salesforce-Manufacturing Cloud

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Cloud Developer. As a Manufacturing Cloud Developer, your main responsibility will be to create and optimize cloud-based solutions specifically designed for the manufacturing industry. You will closely collaborate with manufacturing companies, understanding their unique requirements, and leveraging cloud technologies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive overall productivity. 

Responsibilities: 

• Cloud Solution Development: Collaborate with manufacturing companies to design, develop, and implement customized cloud-based solutions using manufacturing cloud platforms. This entails writing code, creating APIs, and utilizing cloud services to build scalable and reliable applications. 
  
• ​Data Integration and Analysis: Integrate manufacturing cloud solutions with existing systems like ERP, MES, and PLM to ensure seamless data flow and enable comprehensive data analysis for informed decision-making. Develop data models and algorithms to extract valuable insights from manufacturing data. 
  
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure manufacturing cloud platforms to align with the specific needs of each business. This includes developing workflows, designing user interfaces, and implementing business rules to optimize system functionality. 
  
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing of cloud solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute deployment strategies, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of manufacturing cloud solutions. Identify bottlenecks, fine-tune configurations, and implement performance enhancement techniques to ensure optimal system efficiency and scalability.
  
• Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to safeguard manufacturing data stored in the cloud. Adhere to relevant compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations, to ensure data privacy and compliance.
  
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and manufacturing processes. Provide valuable insights and recommendations on leveraging innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing operations and maintain competitiveness. 
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  
• Strong programming skills and practical experience in cloud development, preferably with expertise in manufacturing cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Manufacturing, Azure Manufacturing, etc.) 
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, including ERP, MES, and PLM
  
• Proficiency in data integration techniques and analysis methodologies
  
• Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring cloud-based solutions for manufacturing companies 
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment 
  
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance standards within the manufacturing industry 
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross effectively-functional teams
