The Role of Senior Business Development Manager

This is a home / field based role with full national scope. As Senior Business Development Manager you will target manufacturing companies selling a full range of work wear, PPE and hygiene services into corporate and SME businesses. Your will use your strategic business development skills to open up new opportunities with C-level decision makers but also conversing at all levels i.e. Head of Operations, Health and Safety, Procurement through to managers and heads of departments. This is a high level / senior new business role and therefore you will be responsible for winning high value rental / service contracts. This is an autonomous role where you will will build your own pipeline and plan your own diary. Whilst this is a national role - Most of the time you will be away from home no more than once per week.

The Candidate - Senior Business Development Manager

  • We are looking for high level new business development (customer facing experience)
  • Consultative sales experience selling to C-level decision makers corporates / SME's
  • Experience within the PPE / health and safety industry is advantageous
  • Senior Business Development Manager (s) / Strategic business development managers are welcome to apply

The Package on offer for the Senior Business Development Manager

  • £45,000 - £50,000 negotiable
  • OTE £108,000 (Quarterly Bonuses £5K) Annual Bonus of £6500 and accelerator bonuses
