This is a remote position.

A leading Platinum Marketplace app vendor is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager. This role involves managing multiple Atlassian apps, offering a unique opportunity to shape the direction and success of these products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management: Oversee several small-scale Atlassian apps, ensuring their development aligns with strategic goals.
Backlog Grooming: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and bug fixes.
Requirement Analysis: Define and refine product requirements, collaborating closely with development teams.
Customer Interaction: Engage with users to understand their needs, incorporating feedback into product development.
Decision Making: Make crucial decisions on product features and directions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Atlassian Experience: Proven experience managing products in the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly with Atlassian apps.
Leadership and Strategy: Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
Communication: Fluent in English, capable of effective communication with global teams.
Timezone Flexibility: Ability to work overlapping hours with the Japan-based team.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
