Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who specialises in creating compelling, sales-oriented web designs and landing pages using Wordpress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and effective sales landing pages that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop user-friendly and sales-focused landing pages via Wordpress.
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align website design with business goals.
* Conduct user research and apply insights to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
* Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes for innovative web design solutions.
* Continuously assess and optimise the performance of landing pages.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly in creating sales landing pages.
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative web design projects with a focus on sales and user engagement.
* Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Elementor).
* Excellent understanding of web design principles and customer psychology.
* Ability to lead creative processes and ideation sessions.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Must be strong in CSS, HTML, experience in using Wordpress and Elementor.
