  • Senior level to be able to own and drive their organization
  • Have to be workday expert with knowledge of HR functions
  • In the HR space they've done 2nd phase of their implementation so need this very strong sol arch with workday and more importantly someone who can provide strategy roadmap. (how can they take to the next level)
