Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Development: Spearhead the acquisition of new business through targeted advertisements, agencies, industry media, referrals, networking, online research, outbound emails, calls, and innovative channels.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in select markets, contributing to our sustained growth and global reach.
  • Client Engagement: Demonstrate effective communication skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients and account executives, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Process Enhancement: Play a pivotal role in the consultative sales process by acquiring in-depth industry knowledge, identifying business needs, and collaboratively sharing insights with the sales team.
  • Goal Achievement: Proactively meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance goals, driving the success of our business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, specifically selling to clients in the Bio-tech or Life Science sectors within a staffing/recruitment agency.
  • Demonstrate an excellent performance record of completing larger projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Location: Remote in the US, Boston Preferred
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $80k -150k base and Commission
