This is a remote position.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 applications, cloud technologies, and integration solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in the cloud environment.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support for Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
Implement and manage data migrations and integrations with other business systems.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of the Dynamics 365 cloud environment.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Experience with customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 applications.
Proficient in developing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
