Job description

This is a remote position.

Develop Chess instruction curriculum and weekly lesson plans that engage both beginning chess players as well as students with intermediate or advanced chess skills
Ability to teach using different methods and teaching styles, ensuring that all participants are fully engaged
Inspire, motivate and foster confidence in all students
Discuss and demonstrate the relevance of chess in other areas of life, particularly in strategy and decision-making

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chess Instructor
A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, flexible disposition
Outstanding interpersonal skills
