**Job Description: AHCS Senior Consultant (Accounting Hub Cloud Service)**
**Experience:** 7-13+ years
**Key Responsibilities:**
We are seeking an experienced AHCS Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, particularly in the Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) module. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully implementing AHCS solutions for banking clients and possess in-depth knowledge of financial modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role demands strong technical and functional skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead and deliver high-quality solutions.
**Required Experience:**
- 7-13+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5+ years working as a Senior Consultant/Architect in Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
- Experience in the complete project life cycle, preferably for Banking Clients, and exposure to large and complex system landscapes.
- Product implementation experience for large global banks, including multi-GAAP / Multi Country roll-outs.
- Certification as an Oracle Cloud Implementation Specialist. Specialization in General Ledger (GL) and AHCS with a strong knowledge of other Financial modules in Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) / AHCS for large entities with multiple external systems, particularly in a banking ecosystem.
- Strong domain knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting, ledgers, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills, capable of explaining technical solutions with a business-oriented approach.
- Ability to lead, own, and deliver in the Finance modules, design practical and even complex solutions, and handle integrations and client needs.
- Experience in supporting business Finance month-end close and daily operations.
- Proficiency in raising service requests, coordinating with Oracle, and troubleshooting application issues.
**Technical Skills:**
- Configuration of the application based on solution design, gap analysis, and designing workaround/custom solutions.
- Functional and techno/functional analysis of interfaces and legacy conversions.
- Test script generation, integration testing, training end-users, and preparing user guides.
- Training the client’s super users and users on the application.
- Conducting pilot testing, integrated testing, design validation, and Financials ERP application setups.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Information Technology).
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud projects with a focus on AHCS and financial modules.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, designing, and implementing AHCS solutions for banking clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop workable solutions to complex issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and with clients.
