This is a remote position.
Manpower Roles:
- You will work under guidance of an advisor or industry mentor.

- responsible for assisting the team with the scheduling interviews, talking to candidates, and sending emails. This opportunity will help you to gain valuable experience and skills in HR while being supported by the team.
- Ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively, and positively in
response to requests made at short notice.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, portals for IT positions such as Monster, Naukri etc.
- Source candidates from trained students database and work to offer them suitable role in industry/corprates
- Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Must have basic knowledge of social media, and LinkedIn.
- working knowledge on MS office & Internet Applications
- Able to handle multiple requirements and take ownership for assigned requirement.
Rural Backoffice:
- Administrative & contractural management of rural backoffice (physical or remote) for indian and global customers
Requirements
- Remote or Located in Bengaluru or Anantapuramu or Puttaparthi or Kurnool or Hyderabad AIC-SKU office
- Learn a new field or area of expertise if you’re just starting off or thinking of changing your career.
