Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated UX Intern to join our team for a pro bono internship. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design and eager to learn about the latest design trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the UX team in conducting user research, user testing, and creating user personas.
- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for various digital products and services.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and provide recommendations for improving the user experience of our products and services.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation such as style guides and design systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing graduation or recently graduated with a degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.(plus)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar(plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for creating user-centred design solutions.

Post application
- Candidates will be sent a Design test on 17.03.2023 at 9.00 AM to the registered email.
- Candidates fully indemnify the client company or facilitating company and disown all rights/ownership of challenge responses.
- Applicants have to complete the challenge on or before 20.03.2023 by 9.00 AM and submit responses along with their updated resume w/portfolio
- Partner studio will take 3 weeks to evaluate the response. If required, they will have a one-to-one call to understand the response.

- Successful candidates will be pooled as Interns or freelance pool specifically for the partner studio
- Those candidates who did not pass but have the aptitude for UX/UI have the option to participate in paid training sessions by the partner studio
