Operation Lead
Leadership/IT-Level - Remote - Full Time Position

About the role, you'll be:
The right candidate will be pro-active, efficient, driven, articulate and a well-organized strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
Strategic thought leadership, proactivity
Identify gaps and suggest process improvements (internal/external) on an ongoing basis.
Planning, co-ordination, monitor, document and execution of new requirements
Experience in leading, Change management and implementing IT projects (CRM, Website and Mobile app)
A proven, high level of problem-solving experience
Ability to break down complex situations into easy-to-understand components
Strong and well-developed relationship/stakeholder management skills
Demonstration of excellent communication skills and ability to influence
High motivation and pro-active approach to situations
Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
Strong attention to detail
High emphasis on teamwork and leading situations
Support and Mentor direct reports and extend technical expertise on an ongoing basis.
Develop, deliver and represent Global Business Operations in internal and/or external presentations as required.
Effectively manage work priorities of self and direct reports, delegating responsibilities where appropriate

Drive & lead system integration initiatives within the Business Operations function working collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Provide other general duties as required to support the company.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles a must)

- Having prior event organizing experience is a plus!
