Job description

This is a remote position.

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of job positions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, including a good English level, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Post job openings to various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Administer pre-employment tests and assessments.
Make recommendations to hiring managers based on interview results and candidate qualifications.
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to source new talent.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a good English level.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
