Job description

This is a remote position.

TekRecruiter has been asked to recruit a Salesforce Developer/Administrator that can join our client's team Full Time. This is a REMOTE position.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements for custom Salesforce applications.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to meet business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms, leveraging APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows, processes, and automation to streamline business operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and configurations.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
  • Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and codebase for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Salesforce Developer I and II is a strong nice to have 
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and other relevant Salesforce technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
