Master’s degree in Medical field, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field OR University degree in mentioned fields with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, Analytics skills, understanding customer needs, and translating them into operational requirements, documentation, reports, presentations, certification in PRINCE2 methodology is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Gather and document business functional requirements, evaluate processes, facilitate workshops, prepare documentation and presentations, oversee solution development, assist with user testing and system releases
- Participate in change management, perform assigned duties as needed
