They are a small team with big goals. They might be found chatting about the latest trends in software and FinTech industry, and how they can be used.

They are looking for somebody who has extensive experience and passion for programming. The client's team is a dynamic and open team, in which everyone is listened to, supported, and encouraged to develop. They do provide the option for remote onboarding and working, depending on how you feel more productive.

What are the needed skills: 

• Excellent problem-solving skills; can resolve critical tech issues without supervision;
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team members, and the rest of the company, giving and receiving feedback, with a can-do attitude;
• Follow the teams established ways of work and processes;
• Seek and suggest improvements in software and ways of work;
• Mentor other colleagues and/or seek help when needed;
• Fast Learner - investigate and learn new technologies and products;
• Advanced level of written and verbal English communication skills;

• Linux OS (various OSes preferred);
• Security concepts and best practices;
• Networking;
• Virtualisation, containerisation and orchestration;
• Database usage and administration (SQL, NoSQL, etc), message brokers and event-streaming, clustering;
• Programming in various scripting languages;
• Continuous integration, build and delivery, and related tools and flows;
