How will you be compensated:
$60,000-$120,000 Base Salary with Uncapped Commission Structure

What you will do:
You will be based in Southern CA, with a network of colleagues local to San Diego County as well as remotely throughout the US
We will equip you with technology and hardware to do your work from home, and on the go
You will passionately pursue continual education on laws and regulations associated with commercial lines insurance including OSHA, Workers Compensation, property, equipment, agriculture, construction and cyber
You will tenaciously solicit new business with drive and initiative by cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead sources
You will successfully manage the full cycle of the sales process including:
Negotiating
closing with executive level individuals
renewals
You will create trusted advising partnerships with small and middle market business owners, executives, and leaders while inspiring them to achieve their desired best risk mitigation outcomes
You will continually learn, quickly react, and motivate others within a constantly changing market
Qualifications:
Current Property & Casualty license
Comprehensive understanding of Commercial Insurance market
Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Ability to learn and navigate agency technology (Applied Epic, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Microsoft Office Suite)
2-3 years Sales experience
