The Head of Fulfilment will be responsible for ensuring maximum customer and supporter satisfaction for our Commercial business. In addition to leading the team, you will lead on fulfilment contract negotiations and tenders, setting and monitoring Service Level Agreements and holding suppliers to very high standards of service.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, collaborative working, implementing efficient processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
