Job Summary:

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, managing target audiences, designing engaging templates, proofreading emails, ensuring mobile-friendliness, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.We seek for experienced email marketing specialist with extensive copywriting experience!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, including content creation campaign setup, scheduling, testing.
  • Create and optimize email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
  • Implement email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Produce unique, effective, and engaging long-form copy (advertorials) and short-form copy (emails, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.).
  • Utilize industry-standard platforms like Klaviyo to design, build, and automate email flows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Write copy that drives conversions, increases click-through rates, or impacts other vital metrics
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing effortsAt least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing within Digital Marketing and Advertising services. eCommerce experience is highly desired.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years in copywriting, with a focus on conversion-driven content and a deep understanding of various copy writing styles and content categories: ad copy, newsletters copy, long format sales pages or advertorials.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tracking systems (like GA4) and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Can-do attitude and result-driven approach.
  • Impeccable English. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Team player, and Good time-management skill.
