Key Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include: Financial Professional development, management of Financial Professional activities and work schedules, monitoring and meeting/exceeding individual and group performance targets (call volume, talk time, leads and sales), meeting customer SLAs, delivering a superior client satisfaction, on-site supervision, resolving or escalating issues.
- Responsible for monitoring and meeting key performance measures.
- Accountable for team performance.
- Develops and executes action plans to address deficiencies
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and mobilize resources to deliver on the needs of the clients.
- Assists management team in identifying emerging client needs, industry trends and contributing to the strategy and tactics for addressing those needs.
- Manages day-to-day functions/performance of the Remote Advice Premier Team (staffing models, call queues, open issues, quality).
- Measures and reports performance metrics (Call quality, Financial Professional performance, Unit Performance, Customer/Advisor satisfaction).
- Functions in the role of a senior Financial Professional as needed for joint work.
- Coach and mentor Financial Professionals – responsible for support and development.
- Generates development plans and disciplinary action and manages employee expectations.
The base salary for this position is $70,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.

Required Qualifications**
4+ Years of Experience
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 24 license
- Prior customer relationship management experience.
- Superior customer relationship building skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships and/or client accounts.
