Seasonal Corporate Recruiter

Position Overview: At Bloom, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the insurance industry through innovation and excellence. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Seasonal Corporate Recruiter to recruit for all levels of corporate and leadership openings in the company. This position will obtain the ability to understand decision-making, knowledge of the business and goals, selection techniques, and talent markets in the industry. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:• Manage the full life cycle recruitment for corporate positions within the company, including but not limited to sourcing, prescreens, interviews, negotiations, and offers. • Review resumes and pre-screen potential candidates; determine viability for opportunities; recommend viable candidates for interviews; turn down unqualified candidates; schedule interviews. • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace. • Update and maintain applicant tracking system for each requisition, application and candidate.• Use sourcing tools to proactively communicate with passive talent.• Ensure all candidates have successfully completed application, assessments, and other requirements needed to move to the applicable next step in the process. • Meet weekly staffing and reporting goals.• Partner with hiring managers to conduct kick-off calls, if needed, as well as ensure consistent communication throughout the recruiting process • Handle and organize confidential information.• Manage calendars and assist with scheduling needs. • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment • 2+ years of full life cycle nationwide corporate recruitment and sourcing including finance, IT, marketing, sales and human resources positions.• Previous experience with Word, Excel, ATS, ADP, SharePoint, etc. • Previous experience maintaining poise under high pressure while meeting short deadlines, as well as being adaptable to a fast-paced environment in a professional manner. • Must be comfortable working with all levels of management, as well as the business. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
