Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a UKG Systems Support Specialist on a temporary (up to 24 month) basis within our People & Culture team. What you’ll do: - Support customer needs by providing technical support and expertise, and collaborating to resolve customer time and attendance incidents/queries in a timely, effective, and professional manner. - Perform functional configuration and resolve systems issues specifically in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and UKG Dimensions. - Support customer needs by providing technical support and expertise in a timely, effective, and professional manner. - Provide system subject matter expertise in improving and maintaining operations, delivery of key projects, and/or completing the project life cycle for assigned initiatives including:
o Complete gap analysis and resolution for user needs and software fit.o Gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements. o System configuration, design, testing and implementation. - Develop and maintain the knowledge base (KB) library for supporting the Kronos/UKG Dimensions application. Ensure that all manuals and documentation are kept current for any procedural or software version upgrades. - Act as a liaison for technology initiatives that impact People & Culture Business Unit processes.

Who you are:You are looking for an opportunity within HR Systems and Information Technology and: - Have 1+ years of experience with Oracle HCM and UKG Dimensions in functional configuration and technical support (i.e. Pay Policies, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Employment Terms, Integrations setup, etc.). - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, or Engineering. - You have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant progressively responsible experience working - with IT Business and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Applications. - Have confident and professional written and verbal communication skills. - You’re focused on ensuring a high standard of customer support is provided. - You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. - You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
