Your missions

As a Java Software Engineer at this company the individual is involved from the beginning in constructing top-tier tech systems for the logistics sector. 

From designing and coding new applications to testing and deploying tooling.

Alongside their skilled colleagues from the Software Development Team, they determine where the priorities are. 

This implies that they should have the capability to make decisions autonomously and function effectively within a team. 

They operate in an Agile setting using the Scrum methodology.

The perfect candidate is proficient in Java and either has knowledge of Kotlin or displays a willingness to learn it. They should have at least a B1 level of proficiency in Dutch and be receptive to enhancing their linguistic abilities, with the company providing assistance in this domain.

The candidate flourishes through experimentation and the generation of inventive concepts, either on their own or collaboratively. 

A significant degree of autonomy is vital to them; they claim responsibility for their tasks and possess an innate grasp of the logistics sector's requirements for increased efficiency. **Salary & Benefits**:
- Salary Range: 56,840 73,688
- Monthly Gross: 4,000 - 5,300
- Yearly Bonus: 5,000
- Holiday Allowance: 8%

**Requirements**:
- Must-Have Skills: Java, B1 level Dutch language proficiency
- Preferred Technical Skills: Kotlin, Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, SQL, ORM tooling, JUnit, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, SaaS

- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT design and development

**Working Conditions**:
- Office/Home Split: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home
