Job Description Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and project management of the entire process of the production of a printed project as assigned by Project/Creative Manager or Director of Print and Mailing Services. Project managers receive, strategize, designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep all participants informed the entire process while maintaining customer service with the client. They are responsible for utilizing various MIS systems such as CRM, Tharstern, Infigo and Dropbox, setting and maintaining deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarize progress of a project. This includes, but is not limited to the coordination of progress from estimating, utilizing prepress, print production, bindery/finishing and preparation to deliver to the mailshop for processing through shipment to the end client. This supply chain process is required for all print production projects is all accomplished within the confines of a Print and Mailing Services vision and goals. **
