The Technology Program Manager- Retail Network and Strategy for Model e is responsible for delivering efficient and effective strategies that support the Retail Network & Strategy team’s success. This individual is focused on the planning, tracking and executing of programs and products that revolve around dealer facing technology and digital Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. **

Responsibilities**

What you'll do...

  • Partner with multiple business and technical functions to plan and deliver GTM strategies for digital initiatives being shipped to Dealer Network.
  • Coordinate Model e standards technology including assistance on the launch and maintenance of the Model e Dealer Dashboard for the North America region.
  • Work alongside internal Network Development, Data & Analytics teams and external vendors to deeply understand US Dashboard trajectories to inform data requirements, timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the ongoing development of a roadmap and project plans with a scale-forward approach to ensure programs are robust and meet organizational goals.
  • Interface with internal and cross-functional teams to define program controls and oversee day-to-day operational processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with eCommerce and product teams to define and implement digital GTM strategies where they intersect with Retail Network & Strategy Teams.

Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • 4 + years of Program / Project/ Product Management or Lead Experience with skills including a combination of:
    • Communication: Strong ability to navigate and build Cross-Functional relationships. Gain buy-in and influence across the Model e organization.
    • Stakeholder Management: Identification of stakeholders and their roles, keeping them updated on project / program process, addressing concerns and seeking + implementing feedback.
    • Planning & Processes: Preparation of detailed project / program plan working with business stakeholders to understand requirements. Creation of repeatable process for initiation, tracking, governance, review and delivery.
    • Best Practices: Establishment of learnings, best practices, tools and technologies across projects and programs.

  • Master’s Degree
  • Product development experience - Understanding of road mapping and product lifecycle management (from ideation to market launch).
