Job Title: Senior Project ManagerLocation: UK & Poland RemoteWorking Hours/Shifts: Full Time

What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?You’ll lead and drive all process design activities for Implementation & Transformation projects, including new and existing client implementations, transformations, exiting client projects, remediations and significant internal projects.You’ll have overall accountability for Training and Facilities workstream deliverables. Occasionally, you’ll travel to client sites (and AMS Locations) both in and out of the region. The size, scope and complexity of projects vary based on the client engagements.

Responsibilities also include: - Delivering projects against an agreed set of objectives in line with contractual obligations and AMS’s strategic goals - Reviewing, understanding and applying contractual documentation - Briefing and managing project resources; setting expectations and coaching resources regarding the quality of associated outputs required - Where necessary, assuming workstream lead role e.g., Comms & Change or role of Client Direction for the purposes of the implementation - Owning, designing, and driving Project Governance including, but not limited to, the development and maintenance of the Project Initiation Document, project plan, RAID log, tollgate documentation - Contributing to briefing material for Steering Committees and otherwise ensuring all key stakeholders receive regular and relevant communication - Identifying, quantifying and communicating key risks & issues, ensuring all relevant parties are aware - Developing, managing and communicating mitigation plans, working with other areas of the business and/or client to ensure successful resolution - Identifying and communicating where activities are outside of project scope - Facilitating Change Control procedure including working with colleagues to quantify impact of any proposed change in scope e.g. commercial team - Direct leadership of Implementation Analysts including regular/ongoing performance, development, engagement and wellbeing conversations - Leading collation and playback of lessons learned on projects managed

What do I need to succeed in this role?

Must Haves: - Previous Project Management Experience, ideally with Project Management Qualification (PMP or Prince2) - Experience of running resourcing or HR services implementation, improvement or change projects - Working knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle from experience gained working within Recruitment and/or HR function - Working with senior leadership and stakeholders/clients - Managing others through a matrix

Nice to Haves: - Experience delivering consulting engagements - Experience preparing content for and presented to C-Suite level stakeholders - Working knowledge of multiple Talent Acquisition services e.g. permanent and contingent recruitment - Experience of responding to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) and producing sales collateral - Experience project delivery methodology and toolkits - Working knowledge of outsourced services contracts - Has drafted implementation / transition schedules in outsourced services contracts - Speaks a second language - Experience of Six Sigma, Total Quality Management or Lean Improvement methodologies

Who will I be working with?As a Senior Manager, you’ll represent the Implementation and Transformation team, you’ll work cross-functional teams across client services, I&T, Finance and other business areas. You’ll report into a Head of Implementation and manage a project team of up to 6 people.
