Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Three years or more of experience in Account or Partner Management, Digital Strategy, or Program Management either at a pharma/healthcare advertising/marketing agency or tech company, Proven track record of establishing partner and client-facing relationships as a strategic trusted advisor and fostering close relationships with agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders, Experience in multichannel marketing projects, including closed-loop marketing, email, and websites.
Key responsabilities:
- Work with digital factory partners globally, providing them support and education on the Veeva Vault PromoMats and CRM Suite
- Generate and qualify potential new partners, lead business calls, maintain and grow partner relationships, collaborate with sales and product teams to educate stakeholders about the Digital Factory Accelerator Program
- Identify opportunities for customer success, and support troubleshooting of project requirements with partners, customers, and internal departments
