Job Description

We are seeking for a driven Sales Operations Administrator to join our Commerical Operations Team. This is a full-time contract role with the end date of 31 October 2024.

This position will support the Sales Operations administration post One Vision Go Live with a focus on systems database and process management.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating best practice pricing, contracts, and database management, as well as assisting with wider sales administration requirements as needed. **

Responsibilities**

Customer Database Management (CDM)

  • End-to-End CDM administration
  • CDM compliance/governance administration

Contract Administration via Conga

  • End-to-end Conga contract administration
  • Contract price list maintenance

Internet Price Promise (IPP)

  • End-to-end IPP administration
  • IPP reporting

Contact Database Management

  • Contact creation in SFDC
  • SFDC contact database validation and maintenance

Sales Administration

  • Lock-in contract creation support
  • Sales Team administration support
  • Ad-hoc Sales and Commercial Reporting as required

  • Active listener and effective communicator with a personable approach to building and managing strong internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in a matrixed organisation

  • Demonstrates accountability; delivers on commitments and manages complex processes to deliver on deadline
  • A technical aptitude with the ability to learn & adapt to new technology quickly while being supportive of others in adapting to change
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing

Work Environment

  • Normal office environment
  • Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job
  • Extensive contact with employees
  • Limited domestic travel may be required

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years related experience in sales or marketing analytics role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Education

  • Preferred Degree in Business, Marketing related area
