The Business Analyst will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support sales leaders by providing reports and important insights to our sales activities. 

 

This analyst will build, maintain and improve management reports and dashboards to monitor our GSP global budget (T&E, sales and marketing discretionary) as well as help our Salesforce specialist to manage data integrity, pipeline, and enhance functionality within Salesforce.  

Experience in project management will also help to make sure all required activities (PO, invoice, deals trackers,...) are completed on time. 

 

This role requires strong database manipulation and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to work with multi-functional teams. Projects are likely to focus on improving operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities. To be successful, candidates must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritize multiple work streams. 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Provide analytics support for management to gain insight and drive business operations 

  • Create, track, and follow-up on POs, invoices, and payments 

  • Compare large amounts of data to identify mismatched items for correction and performed required corrections in different platforms (googlesheet, SFDC, Smartsheet) 

  • Work closely with sales leaders to improve analytical tools & reports 

  • Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics 

  • Work synergetic with cross-functional teams, establish relationships, and prioritize tasks 

  • Facilitate meetings and provide insightful information to sales leaders 

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales analytics & reports and/or project management 

  • Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills 

  • High Proficiency with MS Office and GoogleSuite 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills 

  • Can work with attention to detail and excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills 

  • Self-starter/willing to take action: Can see opportunities for process improvement 

  • Ability to assemble, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help counsel decisions 

  • Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, projects and target date simultaneously 

  • Ability to work, lead, and achieve results in a global environment 

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced organization 

  • Knowledge about Salesforce, Smartsheet and strong user of MS Office and GoogleSuite 

  • Ability to synthesize large databases into useful reports and dashboards 

  • Willing to work following Eastern Time 

Good-To-Have: 

  • Hands-on experience with utilizing business intelligence tools like Tableau
