- Manage multiple auditing and accounting projects and clients
- Lead staff accountants, review their work, instruct them in tasks, direct necessary revisions
- Make decisions on accounting and auditing matters
- Support Managers and Directors on Audit & Accounting Team
- Develop/train staff and build teams
