The SLB is a recruitment agency operating in a range of industries globally. It operates in The United Kingdom, Ireland, mainland Europe and Asia. In this position, we are looking to add a Recruitment Resourcer to join us and specialise in the recruitment of PR profiles in the UK. This is a remote position and ideally we are looking for candidates to be based in York, Leeds or London.


This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a growing team and embark on a career in Recruitment. Recruitment is a fast paced and instantly rewarding industry to work in. Ideally, the candidate will meet the following criteria:
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment, although doesn't necessarily have to be recruitment

A Recruitment Resourcer is an essential part of any recruitment agency completing tasks such as:
  • Sourcing candidates and placing them into suitable roles (on which commission is paid to the resourcer)
  • Being very active on channels such as LinkedIn to grow and manage your network of  candidates in the industry
  • Checking candidates are proceeding though the interview process and helping where possible
  • Ensuring candidates meet the criteria set by our clients
  • Candidate screening
  • Building resources to manage active candidates and develop sourcing methods
  • Job advertising activities , increasing referrals for roles and head hunting
  • You may be asked to set up interviews & assist clients through the interview process
  • Dealing with candidate queries where necessary
