Job Description  

We are Looking for a  Technical Sales Representatives  for one of our Colorants and Pigment Pastes manufacturing clients based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. But you can work out of Kenya, remotely for a KSA based company. 

Title:  Technical Sales Representatives (Work from Kenya)
Location:  Kenya, Remote working for a saudi based company
Experience:  3-5 years B2B sales experience of working for one or more products. The range includes :  Pigment Paste, Ink, Pigment Powder, and Liquid Masterbatch): 
Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for executing sales plans aligned with company strategy, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and utilizing their technical product knowledge to provide effective solutions to customers. 
Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products including one of more of the mentioned range : Pigment Paste, Ink, Pigment Powder, and Liquid Masterbatch): 
  • Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
  • Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
  • Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
  • Reporting to management about sales made.
  • Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
Experience, Education and Skills:
Experience:  3-5 years B2B sales experience of working for one or more products. The range includes :  Pigment Paste, Ink, Pigment Powder, and Liquid Masterbatch): 
Education: bachelor’s degree in chemistry || Chemical engineering.  
Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience and understanding of the Kenya and international market. 
  • Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of one or more of the mentioned products: Pigment Paste, Ink, Pigment Powder, and Liquid Masterbatch). 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
