欧州系ITコンサルティング/ITセキュリティ企業におけるITプロジェクトマネジャー (O365 製薬業界向け) / IT Project Manager職です。
10年以上のIT PM経験をお持ちのバイリンガルを求めております。
製薬業界向けプロジェクトの為、製薬業界や製造業界の知見をお持ちの方が’マッチすると存じます。

1年契約となりますが、プロジェクトは長期となる想定で状況に合わせて契約を更新させて頂きます。
週2～3日以内の在宅勤務が可能で、重要なミーティングのためにクライアントオフィスに出向く必要があります。

職務概要（翻訳）：
- 顧客の期待に応えるため、プロジェクト全体を通じてコミュニケーションを図りながら、口頭での承認後、新規事業のエンド・ツー・エンドでの実施を主導・管理する
- 承認されたスコープとスケジュールに従い、複数のプロジェクトイニシアティブを計画、指導、組織化、管理する
- 顧客およびオペレーションリーダーと協力し、導入プロセス全体を通じてすべてのプロセスが遵守されるようにする
- 本稼働後のスムーズな業務移行と立ち上げを確実にする
- プロジェクトマネージャーと密接に連携し、潜在的な問題やリスクを特定する
Job description:
- Lead and manage implementation of new business end-to-end after verbal award, maintaining communication throughout the course of the project to meet customer expectations.
- Plan, lead, organize and control multiple project initiatives in accordance with approved scope and schedule.
- Collaborate with customer and operations leadership to ensure all processes are adhered to throughout the implementation process.
- Ensure smooth transition to operations post go-live and ramp-up
- Work closely with project managers to identify potential issues and risks.
This is client based position and client is one of biggest Japanese pharma company, we would prefer native level of Japanese who understands Japanese culture.

Duration : 12 months for now, but it is a long term position.

: Candidate can work from
home weekly 2 to 3 days max and it require to go to client office for important
meetings. Ideally this position is good if we have frequent visit to client
office.
Requirements

- 10年以上の製薬会社（あるいは製造業等）におけるIT PM経験 (多様なテクノロジーサービス、オペレーション経験、知識)
- クラウドベースのITサービスの構造、開発、移行、管理経験
- グローバルビジネスおよびサプライヤーとの関係管理経験
- サードパーティサービス契約の開発および構造化を含む、グローバルでエンタープライズグレードのテクノロジーサービスの構築およびサポート経験
- 日本語と英語に精通している方
(日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル：グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションに問題ない方）
- MSクラウド、0365アーキテクトレベルのスキルがあることが望ましい、アプリケーション管理の経験があることが望ましい
- SIAM (Service Integration and Management)モデルで複数のベンダーやサービスプロバイダーを管理した経験があることが望ましい
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant IT PM experience in diverse technology services and operations and Pharma companies.
- Should know Japanese and English language. (Preferred native level of Japanese, Business Level of English – no issue to communicate our global team)
- Preferred skills are MS cloud, 0365 at Architect level. Application management is a desired experience.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and service providers under a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model is preferred
- Experience in the structure, development, migration and management of cloud based IT services is required
- Experience in global business and supplier relationship management is required
- Experience building and supporting global, enterprise grade technology services including development and structuring of third party service agreements is required
