Oversee day-to-day operations and be a key contact person for operational matters.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and understand process requirements per organization strategies and consult them to develop, design, and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies and standard operating procedures.
Provide any guidance and support team members to meet the team objectives.
Take responsibilities to management and monitoring task of operation.
Planning for implementation to supporting the new project to meet the company objectives.
Ensuring the preparation of operating data is handled effectively.
Prepare monthly reports on cost, expense, and budgets to update with management level.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insightful recommendations to MD for improvement.
Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
Qualification
Bachelors degree or higher in any field.
Minimum 5 years experience in finance operation, credit administration.
Experience in banking or corporate finance function in any company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel Skills.
Fluent in English both written and verbal. (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
Good command in spoken and written in English at business level.
Good in analytical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills
