Your missions

Position: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:
1. Study, analyze and understand the current ServiceNow system and its complexity.
2. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including risk management, policy and compliance management, audit management, and related modules.
3. Gather and analyze business requirements to develop customized solutions that meet the organization s compliance needs.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document processes, workflows, and procedures.
5. Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules to address specific GRC requirements.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams.
7. Develop and maintain best practices and standards for implementations. \
8. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides.

Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow with at least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
2. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a focus on GRC solutions at least for a year.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong understanding of GRC concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
6. Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.
7. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
8. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
9. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC or relevant certifications is preferred.
