Duration: 3+ months


Looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience

MUST HAVE Insurance Premium Tax experience

The Position:
Our Corporate Finance Division as a Premium Tax Consultant

Job Responsibilities
  • Specific duties include but not limited to the below:
  • Assist with all taxes department duties
  • Assist on preparation of premium tax returns
  • Process and allocate various state assessments for payment
  • Prepare, book and reconcile various journal entries
  • Process return for payment and filing

Desired Skills/Experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
  • 2+ of accounting or finance experience with a property/casualty insurance organization
  • Statutory accounting knowledge including preparation of premium taxes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to use complex formulas and pivot tables to manipulate data
  • Premium Pro and Great Plains experience is a plus
