Job Title: O365 Migration Lead

Summary
The O365 Migration Lead will be responsible for performing end to end migration of O365 tenants into a single environment.
This role is fully remote, but extensive travel to locations within the USA to support migrations. The role also requires weekend work for cut over activities and travel (every other weekend)
Role Responsibilities
• Responsible for performing detailed discovery of source tenant, identifying workflows that will require special consideration, for example Teams Telephony.
• Responsible for ensuring that the target tenant is appropriately configured and that all data and workflows are successfully migrated.
• Adhere to Halma's detailed migration processes and plans.
• Responsible for performing the data migration using tooling, such as Quest and Sharegate)
• Support other O365 Migration Leads who are performing other migrations.
• Train local IT teams on any Halma provided systems to perform administrative activities
• Collaborate with external technical partners in the migration and replication of OpCo technologies in the target tenant, where required.
• Responsible for ensuring changes are in alignment with change control processes.
Business and Technical Experience Required
● Experience in delivering IT infrastructure and solutions in a global environment.
● Experience in multiple 365 tenant to tenant migrations at a technical delivery level
● Experience in O365 security and compliance products and solutions.
● Experience in leading the delivering of support to a large international user base.
● Knowledge of Identity Management and Authentication technologies (Azure AD, Azure ADConnect, ADFS, Federation & MFA and Conditional Access).
● Knowledge of Scripting tools such as PowerShell
● Experience and knowledge of migrations tools, such as Quest on Demand, Sharegate and Bittitan.
● A proven track record of successful implementation of several solutions within large client companies.
● Proven ability to translate complex technical issue into simple language that end users can easily understand.
