WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of professional experience
Detailed knowledge of the SDLC process a must, including Agile methodologies
Prior Backlog Management a must
Project Management skills and experience a must
Prior Agile Product Owner experience a plus
PMBOK knowledge / PMI cert a plus
Experience in the Insurance industry a strong plus
Strong computer software proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly organized with the ability to work independently
Excellent reporting, verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
Comfortable dealing with complex problems and proposing solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with people at all levels
Ability to perform work with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible and accepting of working in dynamic changing organizations
Experience working with a team in a fast-paced setting
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Coordinate and plan for Business Use Case Development for planned library features with the Product Transformation Manager
Participate in Daily Stand Ups to represent the Product Office and obtain answers to questions which may arise for the product owners
Maintain an accurate and prioritized backlog which can be communicated to IT with the Product Transformation Manager
Coordinate defect management with the Production Support team, including daily stand ups
Participate in User Acceptance Testing and assist in the coordination of UAT from the business side
Actively document and help mitigate program risks
Support Releases, including post-release validations
Coordinate and plan for data clean-ups as they emerge
Coordinate with IT, Operations, Business as needed on data clean-ups
Participate in the development of Library Training materials

Defect List
Backlog list with prioritization
Weekly executive status
