This is a remote position.
INS Global is a one-stop solution for companies seeking to expand their business in Asia-Pacific. We help our clients to bypass the operational complexities in emerging markets by simplifying human resource management and by offering an alternative business framework which minimizes risks.
ü Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
ü Keep records of prospects, sales process status, invoices and revenue generated, etc. via our CRM
ü Ensure the implementation of our business strategy
ü Represent INS Global during events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions)
ü Prepare sales contracts, negotiate the most favorable terms and conditions and ensure adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines/standards
ü Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
ü Support our Account Managers in collecting late payments
ü Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
ü MUST-HAVES:
n Bachelor degree or above.
n At least 2-year work experience in a Sales or Customer service-oriented job
n Native German Speaker. English Business Proficiency.
n Strong mastery of Pack Office
n Business acumen, thrive in a high paced work environment, like to take on challenges
ü LIKE-To-HAVES:
n Any other European language would be a plus
n Sales experience in B-to-B
n Familiar with Teams, Zoom and Zoho
n Interest or first experience in HR services
n Quick leaner, reliable and get things done
n Time management and organizational skills
